wish me luck. First day back in a year and a half. ....i'm going to be soooo sore tomorrow. Friday will be worse. (sparring right out of the gate)

yup. called it. my knee with my repaired ACL is giving me problems too, which isn't good. the rest I can live with. (pulled muscle in back, more bruises than I care to admit to, and a colorful pattern on my shoulder I THINK from my JJ Gi.


Had a blast. I missed these guys.
