My baby girl has sensitivities to something that I'm eating....we've eliminated several items from my diet under the direction of our pediatrician, with several more items starting today, trying to figure it out.

Recipe thoughts/food ideas for things that do NOT contain the following ingredients would be appreciated:

Wheat
Milk
Soy
Nuts
Tomatoes
Citrus
Chocolate
Caffeine

For the moment, Corn and Eggs are still allowed unless/until we see that's still causing an issue after all the above have been eliminated for at least two weeks.

Anything you find that is "paleo" shouldnt have any wheat or gluten, no soy either. The tomato and citrus makes it tough.

This site has a lot of recipes: http://punchfork.com/paleo

My wife has been putting Mahi Mahi on top of a bed of spaghetti squash lately and it's delicious.

Exactly my thought, my friend's wife has a tomato allergy and I had no idea how much stuff has tomatoes in it.

These restrictions really don't sound too bad. It probably makes it a lot harder to eat processed foods, or go for cheap and fast stuff like pizza, but for the most part you can still eat meat + veggies. If I were you I'd just be looking for new ways to prepare these. Stir fries and pot roasts are both good and can go through many variations. Chili is another thing that just popped into my head that fits these requirements. If you mostly eat chicken and beef and are getting bored, try mixing it up some with some duck or lamb. Slow cook some pork for some barbecue, or even better, carnitas (without the orange).

Anyway, just some random suggestions... I can come up with more if you like. Or recipes for any of the above.

She's done both pan seared and lightly breaded. It's great both ways.
