Someone sent me a bunch of recipes for these. I modified one and gave it a shot, and it turned out pretty good. Tasty snack, basically a salad in shake form:

3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice, I picked Dole frozen tropical.
handful of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup of water, I used V8 splash Tropical Mix
A few ice cubes

Blend, and delicious!
