A few years ago, a group of us went to Buca di Beppo for celebration of the February birthdays.

Mus and I split this awesome dish that was pasta with a red sauce. The red sauce contained Pepperoni, Salami and a few other ham products.

This evening I decided to go all out for dinner:

I started with thawing out my homemade sauce.
I went to the store and picked up Genoa Salami, Pepperoni and Hard Salami.
I also picked up some baguettes, sundried tomato, hot and mild italian sausage and 91/9 Angus beef.

I already have several pounds of whole grain organic wheat spaghetti at home.

When I got home a sliced an onion and some garlic and sautéed them nicely. I split that in two and cooked up the sausage and as it cooked I diced the Salamis and the Pepperoni. I then added the sun dried tomato to the non sausage half of the onions with some unsalted butter. And I added the meats to the half of the onions. As it began to cook I browned the hamburger.

BY this time the sausage had been finished so I added a few spoonfulls of sauce to them, and added another few spoonfuls to the salami/hamburger mix.

In another pot a I heated the thawed sauce and as it heated I started the pasta.

About 5 minutes before the pasta was finished I warmed the baguettes in the oven and they just got PERFECT.

Once everything was finished I tossed all of the sauce/meats together and rinsed the pasta.

I got a couple of sauce plates out and because I was **** awesome put some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and some great Balsamic Vinegar into the plates and served it.
