I think it worked!!

Took a smattering of recipes online and came up with this:
Start with a bunch of these lil buggers (I used one gallon of them):

Mash them in a pot, cover with 2 inches of water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes:

Strain and get rid of seeds and peels. Add 5 cups muscadine stock with one packet of pectin/SureJell and half a tsp of butter (to reduce foaming) and bring to a boil:

Quickly stir in 7 cups of sugar:

Bring to a rolling boil...

Boil (rolling) for exactly one minute:

Ladle into jars:

I left about 1/4 of a cup in the ladle and just checked on it...it has cooled, jelled, and oh-my-freaking-goodness it is heavenly!!!!
I made muscadine jelly all by myself and didn't botch it up!!!
