The Glade 4.0

If a big Glade meet ever happened, that sir would be an awesome idea to incorporate. LOL

I just made a batch last night. Here's what I put in it.

2.5 lbs 93% ground beef
1 can red beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn (I don't like corn in there myself, but my significant other does)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 large onion, diced
10-15 jalapenos
4 arbol chiles
5 ancho chiles
3 tbsp corn meal
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp molasses
some fresh oregano
and finally, a bunch of ground cayenne because it ended up not being hot enough

I've tried dicing a big roast (I think it was sirloin) and using that instead of ground beef before, but it took me like 30 minutes just to slice it up. I probably could have done it a lot faster if I popped it in the freezer first and let it firm up a little, but still, I don't think it's worth the effort. Not on an ordinary weeknight anyway.
