Chipotle in adobo...how long will it last in the fridge? can it be frozen?
I love spicy, hubby not so much. I've found several recipes using chipotle in adobo that I would like to try but I need to have a week or so in between so hubby isn't getting upset. Will it last long in the fridge? Can it be frozen?

Tahini...I love hummus, hubby not so much (ring a bell?? ). How long will this last in the fridge? Can it be frozen? I would love to make my own hummus but not if I need to replace a jar of tahini every batch. What other uses does it have besides hummus?

The peppers will last probably a couple of months in the fridge, but they will last a very long time if you freeze them, like over a year. Many people put them in the food processor before the freeze, and then just break/cut off what they need. I think the only thing you may need to worry about when storing in the fridge is mold, so just take a look before you use em.

Thanks Lenas, I didn't think to freeze the chipotles.
