Just woke up from food coma, it's Wednesday afternoon, not sure how I got here... ... but it was awesome. Better than expectations. Everyone loved it, even the folks who started out as haters originally. Smoked them from 5:30 until 11:00 PM at a little lower temp than recommended. Great deep smoke ring, awesome flavor, and honestly not all that greasy. (I also reheated them the next morning prior to bringing to work, so that might have removed some grease too.) |
