Ice trays Bananas Canned mandarin oranges Red grapes Canned pears (just for the juice) Canned apricots (just for the juice)
Slice the bananas into little round slices and then cut the slices into quarters. Cut the grapes in half Cut the orange slices into thirds.
Put two pieces of banana, one piece of orange, and one half of a grape into each ice cube slot in the tray. Mix the pear and apricot juice with a little bit of water and pour it over the fruit in the ice cube trays.
Freeze. Serve in a glass pitcher of water and in individual glasses of water. It adds a banana-y fruity taste to your water without the nasty artificial aftertastes of the commercial fruit waters and they are very pretty. Its a great alternative to soda and a good way to ease into drinking more water.
