Oh Mus, sigh.

While I understand you appreciate the incredible subtleties of this magnificent creation, they are lost on me. I'm sorry, but I just can't get past the first four letters of the name.

(Note: this post is meant solely as a tease at Mus, I've had reports back from independent reviewers that the dish is indeed yummy.)

And, for dessert, you'll have to make the Turducken's little brother, the Cherpumple.

My wife and kids tried to make one for me a couple of weeks ago, but it wasn't structurally sound. We may have another go some day.

Nice job boning, Mus. That is no easy task, especially for an amature.

I'm not quite sure that Mus could be considered an amature in the boning circle... >=P

Also it's a blasphamy to cut the chicken before you roast it >.< As soon as the skin is broken all the beautiful moisture runs away and join the circus >.<

Also as a cheat thing, a slightly watered down layer of dark soya sauce will give you a much better over all golden colour to the chicken hehe >.>

But Martin and his colleagues make boning a chicken look so easy

The last one is more how I have imagined boning a chicken would be.
