Last year my cherry tree only had a handful of cherries...this year it is loaded!! My hubby has already decreed that I must make a fresh cherry pie for him, and I'm hoping to make some cherry liquer and dry a few for snacking/salads! Besides those and fresh eating, any other suggestions?
Oh, it's a semi dwarf Stella, similar to a bing, by the way.
Edit: suggestions for an overabundance of apricots would be appreciated as well...that tree is very prolific! They are both only two years in the ground here, but must have been older bareroot stock! I made apricot liquer last year and dried some. Lost a lot to ants
