The Glade 4.0

I had some shrimp in the freezer...zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms in the fridge...red bell pepper and green onions in the garden... 1/4 pound linguine and of course onions and garlic.

Chopped the onions, minced the garlic, sliced the carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini. Sauteed them in extra virgin olive oil until crisp tender, added some white wine and butter and the shrimp. By the time the shrimp were cooked the wine/butter sauce had reduced. Tossed with the linguine and freshly grated parmesan. Served with a salad. It was delish.

I love throwing what I have on hand together and coming up with a delicious supper!

I wish I had your talent, when I see leftovers or stuff in the fridge , all I think of is reheating that one thing. With those ingredients, my dinner would have been eating a carrot while I called for pizza
