Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup prepared honey mustard
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons butter

Mix all ingredients except for soy and butter, and simmer for 30 mins. Add butter and soy and simmer for a further 10.

Adjusted the normal mustard to honey mustard, changed regular chili to chipotle chili for the smoke flavor and removed the liquid smoke. Added a bit more sugar, mustard, and butter.

Initial taste is a sweet and smoky honey flavor, followed by a slow, smoky heat. Brushed some on some burgers tonight and my god was it tasty
