That is a very big cabbage. That would have come in VERY handy a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to eliminate my milk supply!! Other than that, I have no idea what to do with cabbage. I'm interested to see what responses you'll get from any cabbage afficionados we might have around here. |

Kimchi might be a good choice if you can find a recipe you like. I've no specific knowledge of these things (never done any gardening), but do these become less appealing (taste wise) the bigger they get? I have a vague recollection from living in Alaska, where they grow vegetables the size of small cars, that the big ones weren't very good eating. The same thing applies to fish as I understand it. |
