Made a nice salad yesterday as I've been experimenting with not cooking, but instead grilling and putting things together. Here's what I had.
1 pound of spinich throw in some other type of leafy veges to make it look like a salad 1 pound of chicken breasts - Grilled with salt/peper and a touch of lemon 150grams of semi dried tomato 300 grams of different types of mushrooms, slightly grilled 100g of good fetta
Sauce: 2 table spoons of seed mustard 1 table spoon of cream balsamic vinegar to taste olive oil tiny bit of wasabi
toss it all together, fast, healthy, yummy ^-^
