Generally this. But you can have food anytime, and you can have food with a LOT of different people. You can even have food in large groups.

While this is technically accurate... (and I speak only for myself) the frenzy caused by either lack of food or lack of sex is about the same.

Only one of the choices will make me vomit if I overindulge, so I'll go with the other. Sex is better.

While food can be had at any hour, it involves preparation on your part (at the very least, going to the cupboard or refrigerator) or even more complex tasks such as driving, cutting, frying, stirring, basting etc. to get in the wee hours.

Sex requires only a text message.
