I've been looking for some lollipop molds Most of the molds I've seen have been flat, but I did finally find some 3d molds here: http://www.confectioneryhouse.com/molds ... candy-mold These look like the molds clamp together and then you pour in the candy--not sure how difficult it is to pour into the small holes. http://www.confectioneryhouse.com/molds ... candy-mold These are much cheaper, but I'm not sure how to use them. I'm assuming that I'd have to pour candy into the molds, with a stick, wait for it to harden, pop them out, pour more hot candy into the molds without the stick, and then place the hardened halfs w/ stick into the hot candy and they stick together? Has anyone made these before? Can the candy be reheated so I can pour a 2nd time or will I need to make 2 batches of candy to use these molds? |
