This weekend is notorious for amazing eats, as the tailgating goes national, and moves inside (closer to the kitchen). What are you feeding your guests, or bringing to your party of choice, this Sunday?

This years game doesn't interest me. I'll go grocery shopping during the game when the supermarket will be empty. I'll catch the commercials on the net later.

Yes, I'm still depressed about the Niners blowing it in a game they should have won easily.

I have to work that night so no party for me. That being said, I plan on making burritos with shredded beef. I get two chuck roast, four to five pounds each. I cut each one into thirds and put in the crock pot for the day. Any seasonings you are gonna use on the meat will go in the crock pot. Just don't use too much water. I will sometimes quarter an onion and toss that in there as well. After about six hours they are ready to go. Just have to shred the meat and look for any globs of fat to remove.

I then just put a little refried beans on a wrap, pile on the meat and smother them in colby jack. Bake until the cheese is melted...

I will probably be making some hot wings and not sure what else yet. It will only be hubby and me so don't need a whole lot of food.

Micheal, don't worry...there is always next year! :D

Raell, some day I will have to show you how to make a real burrito! :D

Hint, Taco Bell has no idea what Mexican food is like, truly.

Missing the best ingredients! Namely cilantro and diced onions.

After thinking about it today, I've changed my mind and decided to make some baby back ribs for Super Bowl. Low and slow with a nice garlic dry rub.

Lenas: Good call on the cilantro and onions

I do the onions after the fact. My daughter does not like onions so I don't put them inside.
