Coffee is poison, if you drink coffee, you will die. Maybe not today, but someday. Is that a fancy French Press, My wife had something like that she called a French Press, but not as fancy, I gave it away to someone who asked for it after she died. |

Real mean have these: I have one of those, too, but your first comment is non-sensical. That's what the filters in the press are for! If you have grounds in your mouth you're doing it wrong :/ Mike: Yeah, it's a french press, wouldn't call them fancy though They're pretty simple devices. |

Quote: A French press requires coffee of a coarser grind than does a drip brew coffee filter, as finer grounds will seep through the press filter and into the coffee.[3] Coffee is brewed by placing the coffee and water together, stirring it and leaving to brew for a few minutes, then pressing the plunger to trap the coffee grounds at the bottom of the beaker. Which feeds back into the "You're doing it wrong" comment. If you're trying to make french press coffee with fine grounds, you're doing it wrong |

Ah, so when you grind coffee you end up with a consistent size. That's cool bro. |

Um, yeah? My coffee grinder has multiple settings, not just "powder fine". If your grinder only has a button to push, you could always do so for short bursts instead of holding it down. That works fine, too. |
