Who loves em? Market was having a sale on limes yesterday so I stocked up on 4lb for $1 and grabbed a sixer of Pacifico. Brought the beach to my apartment with a refreshing halfway point between beer and the Margarita. My recipe (classic): Juice of 3 small limes Ground salt straight into the glass to taste Ice, pref. large cubed to slow melting One bottle of cerveza, Mexican & light (Corona, Sol, XX, Pacifico, Victoria) I like to serve in a schooner glass, chili or salt on the rim

I like to use Negro Modelo or Dos Equis Amber but I also add a dash of hot sauce, a dash of worsteschire or soy sauce. Either way, excellent summer beverage. |
