I was surprised no one posted their spreads...so here is what I served, for hubby and me...

Asian Wings
Garlic-Pepper Zuchini Slices with Cucumber dip
Emeril's Crab Dip with Multi-Grain Crackers
Jasmy's Deviled Eggs

I wish we had a few more here to share but everyone was already busy...I'll be eating crab dip for a few more days. :P

I had a Velveeta cheese product-Dolores chili dip. No one would eat it but me (luckily it was just me and my family). {I decided, too, that Dolores chili is like Mexican haggis. And, yes, I will eat the real thing.}

Um ... some potato chips .... leftover popcorn ... hamburgers for dinner. It really wasn't a big deal this year.

-Shrimp cocktail
-5 meat and vegetarian stromboli
-Vermont maple hot buffalo wings with home made blue cheese
-Steak nachos topped with pico de gallo
-Home made sausage and meatballs in sauce served over homemade linguini
-Grilled prime rib sanwiches served with carmelized onions and shallots, topped with my Jack Daniels glaze

Two friends and I collaborated on the spread.

Ok...bacon isn't something I would think about. Hummm. Might try that next time I make it.

Cook it just slightly less than crispy, so that it's firm and not chewy, but also pliable.
