Interestingly I heard an interview with Aaron Paul aka Jesse. He wasnt supposed to go past season 2 or something, but Vince Gilligan liked the chemistry between them so much he stayed on.

He was saying Brian Cranston used to bust his balls about it too; coming up to him and saying stuff like "it's been a real pleasure working with you, I'm sure you'll land on your feet", freaking him out heh.

Two or three more eps in season two for me. Getting stronger.

Well I am glad they kept him on board. He's not my favorite character, but he's a strong character. He keeps Walt in check as much as he is kept in check and they have an interesting dynamic together.

I can't really imagine the series being effective without Jesse. You desperately need a counterbalance to Walt, particularly as he [Walt] disappears deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole.

I think Jesse has always been in some sort of a Rabbit hole.

Finally saw Season 4 Finale.


Pretty good. I enjoyed it. I was expecting/hoping Walt would have dealt with whom he dealt with a little differently, and I even had a pretty dang cool scene in my head for it to play out. But, maybe it would have been a little too much too soon.

I fully expected what he did to happen, though. Ever since he first donned his hat and Heisenberg persona, I have expected nothing less of him becoming kingpin of a vast drug ring whose name and reputation are feared. If it doesn't quite pan out that way, I will be a little disappointed. Not a ton, but a little.
