Spoiler:
It's funny, I didn't recognize her at all. I haven't heard much talk of war, although I know there's an "all-out war" storyline in the comic. I'm wondering if what's going to happen is that the Daryl group (folks have been calling them "Marauders") will follow Rick into Terminus and the fighting is between those two groups, with our friends caught in the middle. I really hope it's not a "mystery meat" on the grill. That's a storyline from the comics that doesn't really interest me.

Hard to believe that this is the season finale coming up. Seems way too short.

Yeah, that was pretty much a highlight of the series, for me. A lot of that part, and the scene that ended the episode, are taken very closely from the comic.

It was pretty epic, I have to say.

Yeah, I was thinking both those scenes when I posted it. The savagery and then the badassness.

So Terminus? They are cannibals?

Not entirely sure.

Spoiler:
If you want, look for the image of a deleted scene that's floating around. Kind of calls that into question. Almost looks like they're feeding walkers, rather than keeping people for food for themselves. Current thinking is tending toward a "cult" explanation. Which would make sense, rather than going with the cannibalism theme, given how they've changed other things in the series from the comic.

Wow..

Spoiler:
you know...is that even possible? Could you bite someone in the neck and rip out the carotid with your teeth? Would be a good experiment for Mythbusters..

I've been wondering that, Kirra. But, they play loose and fast with a lot of bodily physics. And, well, Rick is Rick, so if anyone could, he could.

Spoiler:
And, he didn't get the carotid, did he? I thought Rick was on the wrong side for that, and he (just!) ripped out Joe's entire throat
.... But, yeah, I'd like to see that on Mythbusters, too.

Spoiler:
there are bilateral internal and external carotids, just thinking about how much bite it would take to do this is creepy!

I can just see Jamie trying to bust this myth ;)

Walkers do it in every episode and once a living person does it, everyone questions if it is possible...

I always thought that Walkers have sharper teeth....they lose enamel (Walker teeth are always yucky looking) and that makes them thinner and therefore sharper..than non-walker teeth

:?:

Naaaa, once the enamel is gone from a tooth, it will quickly rot and begin to crumble to nubs every time they eat something.

Well, this almost deserves its own thread, but I'll put it here for anyone who's into TWD:
