I heard this song a few years ago and I cannot for the life of me figure out what song it is or who made it. It's kinda like "Big Beat" style, like Crystal Method, Prodigy, Fatboy Slim, etc but it has this really cool trumpet part.

Wow I wish I could be more specific but that's really all I got.

This is probably the worst place to ask too, haha.

But hey, someone will prove me wrong, right?

Wow man.... I have heard a lot of techno songs with trumpets. :) Was there any vocal part at all? Anything that could narrow it down a smidge?

Can't ID based on that ... but I will say try Chemical Breaks, they will **** with your head way worse than that Big Beat stuff:

The best chemical break song, so skippity you might think your CD player is **** up. This is one of those tracks DJ's put in their "SetSaver" CD:

Oh, oh, perhaps you mean something by Drums and Tuba? Very cool band, I could see how you could hear that almost as techno.

Lol it's nothing like Drums and Tuba, it's totally a Big Beat style song, I went through all my Crystal Meth and Prodigy hoping it was a song by them but it wasn't :(

This is still a long shot but if I'm remembering correctly the trumpets came in at the chorus and it was kind of like, a big jazz band sound with the horns in a high register....the very beginning of the song may or may not have had some sort of narration, lol. It is a pretty upbeat energetic song.

Hehe, yeah, "techno song with a trumpet part" is kind of like saying "Metal song with a 7 string guitar part".

It's not every song, but there's plenty out there. ;)
