I just watched 3:10 to Yuma a few weeks ago. Still holds up as a great story.

Dammit, I was literally JUST reading a story about his new book using characters invented by the Justified tv series. Sadness.

He was good. So much of his stuff got converted to movies. Really quite incredible.

I haven't read the entire thing yet, but I bought his complete Western Stories book. 3:10 to Yuma was actually a very short read, and the movies just took the story and added whatever they felt it needed to make a complete movie.

Good writer with an interesting style. I bought Maximum Bob at a used book store, and it was an entertaining read.

The Western Stories book is actually really good. It's the only one of his I own.
