Weird, I searched, but I didn't see a thread on this.

Finally got around to seeing it, and it was simply an epic piece of storytelling. And the science... Pretty damn hard overall. (with an exception or two to drive the plot a bit...)

Also, best robots ever. :)

I was thoroughly entertained the entire time. The visual representation of the fourth (fifth?) dimension was interesting, as was the rendering of the black hole.

Had to catch it in the 70mm IMAX (mainly because I feel like those days are numbered, there won't be any film-based-films left soon) and it was excellent. Definitely some 2001 homages though.
