While that is an AMAZING deal (and ensures you'll always have access), I'm honestly kind of surprised amazon has this displayed on the same page as the DVD's:

Not so much. All my physical media is in storage. I'd never buy disks myself, but I know some people still do, and anything that helps more people see Buffy is good.
