Piggybacking off TheRiov's thread, what would be the absolute worst, most annoying crew for you? Same rules about the character having to have served in the relevant position at least once on screen.

Very true. My own nightmare list is pretty Voyager-heavy:

Captain: Janeway
First Officer: Chakotay
Second Officer & Tactical/Security: Tuvok
Science Officer: Picard from the alternate timeline in "Tapestry"
Chief Engineer: Torres
Transporter Chief: ?
Communications: Uhura (TOS version)
Operations: ?
Navigator & Helmsman: Wesley Crusher
Doctor: Pollaski
Counselor: Troi
Bartender: Neelix

Janeway is my favorite captain of the bunch. Despite inconsistent writing, she was generally the perfect balance of diplomacy, action, authority, and compassion. Kate Mulgrew is an outstanding actress, too.

The new Kirk might take over after a couple movies. We'll see how the kid does.

Picard would be second best, if he would have cut with the peaceful resolutions and opened fire a few more times. He's incredible in "First Contact."

I can't get over avery brooks over-acting for Sisko, and the whole Emissary of the Prophets thing was stupid. Split loyalties to a bunch of tyranical alien god-pretenders--they should have collapsed the wormhole and killed everything inside it.

Archer was sortof okay.
