No. It was nothing like the games. Which are totally awesome. Plus, they are putting a bad guy as the main character. WTF? I know Scorpion is a fan favorite, but he is certainly not main character material. And why the **** do they keep killing Johnny Cage off before the movie even gets going? What do they have against him!? This is just **** horrible on all parts.

For a video game movie, it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't classify it as totally awesome, but it wasn't sucktacular.

It's a test video from a director that wants to make the movie from what I understand.

And it's better than both of the first two MK movies put together, as it has an actual plot and isn't completely absurd. Yes, the story from MK is absurd as it is, and it's translation to a movie didn't make it any better.

This would make an awesome movie, imo.

I never really was able to get into Scrubs. Unfortunate that. I have to say the same thing about 24 and Lost. Dexter too. Califorincation.
