I dont' know why batman's super gravely voice gets so much hate. I think its far better than crack reporter Lois Lane failing to realize that Superman and her desk partner sound exactly the same.

I don't mind the gravelly voice. If anything, it makes "Batman" more believable for me. Wayne needs to protect his identity, and a person's voice is something almost as unique as a fingerprint. What is he going to do, spend the time and money on voice lessons? No, he will do the simplest/easiest thing he can do that also (at least in his mind) adds to the "fear" aspect of his alternate persona. I would do the exact same damn thing if I was in his shoes.
