I finally got around to getting a Netflix subscription and added Gold to my Xbox membership. However the watch instantly list for the Xbox seems quite a bit smaller than the list on the website. Does anyone know if they limit the number of TV series seasons available on the Xbox? I may just give up on the gold status and hook up a PC to my TV if that is the case.

Not that I know off. I have a huge list of movies/TV shows to watch in my Instant queue, and I'm pretty sure they are all listed on the Xbox. I have noticed that sometimes it takes a while for a show to be added to the xbox queue after it's added from the website.

You can play any Netflix instant movie on your XBox that you can on your PC.

The searchable list is just much smaller on the XBox. If you want to watch anything on your Xbox, just find the movie on your PC and then add it to your Instant Queue. It will then show up on your xbox.

It generally only takes seconds to show up on your instant queue on the xbox after it's been added

a lot of shows have licensing conflicts that state they can't be digitally distributedfor a certain amount of time. That's why the Netflixgold instant watch isn't as large as the disc collection.

This. Anything that can be watched on the website can be watched on your xbox, but there is no search function on the xbox yet. Add everything you want to watch to your "Instant Queue" and it will show up on the xbox.

Yeah, we set our instant que on the laptop then fire up the xbox. We are currently watching season 3 of Rescue Me and the first season of Dexter. We are also watching the 3rd season of The Shield but only on disk. They don't have instant for it till season 5 and later.

I'm loving me some Netflix streaming.

I'm so sad I won't get to keep my Netflix when we move to a place that doesn't offer high speed internet. :( I have so many seasons I still need to watch.

Everything on instant watch is available on both PS3 and 360, no idea on Wii dont have one, would think so though.

Just the searchable list are much smaller, if you go to you pc and add it to your queue it will show up in the instant queue on your 360.

For searching movies for Netflix, I much prefer instant watcher over Netflix's site, more search capabilities.

Netflix now has an official iphone app. You can do pretty much everything on your iphone with it including watching movies/shows. I'm watching Reno 911 right now with only a few "buffering" issues and that's with a pretty crappy 3G signal in my office.

Thanks for the tip, that site has some good ratings (I like the netflix and rottentomatoes score side by side).

I just want a blackberry app that allows me to access and update my queue. I hate all the smartphone browsers.

Did some searching, there's a few out there, but they're all 5 dollars. People actually pay for things like this?

Netflix just released a free iPhone app yesterday. Dunno about Blackberry, but I think the iphone app is their first (well, second...they made one for the iPad a couple of months ago).

That let's you watch movies right? I don't want to stream them to my phone, I just want to access my queue from the phone so that if I see an advertisement for a film I can just pull out my phone and add it rather than booting up the PC.

you can do both from the same app.
