EXCELLENT. A worthy remake of an already excellent film (LET THE RIGHT ONE IN). Honestly, LET ME IN even worked slightly better than the original.

Glad to see this. I want to see it but wasn't sure.

Nitefox went and saw this last night and said it was pretty good.

Was better than pretty good. It was really hard to explain how good this movie was. They mixed just the right amount of drama, tension and gore. Just a well done film.

Oh yeah, wanted to ask about this to make sure I was right in my assumption...

Spoiler:
The old guy, her "dad", he was the boy in the old photo-booth picture wasn't he?

Spoiler:
Yeah. That was markedly more ambiguous in the original (no reference at all is made to her caretaker's past), but yeah.

Farsky, you should read the book. There's a lot that even the original movie doesn't expand on.

Spoiler:
Cool. Reason I ask is that when I surmised that in the movie, it really hit me on another level. It really put things into perspective for her and his character and what that meant for Owen.

Spoiler:
Yeah, "Please don't see that boy again" has a whole different level once you know the caretaker's place.
