My favorite is the one where he works with the university biologist to capture Lake Erie Water Snakes. This woman was very experienced and would grab three or four at a time and bag them, etc. However, they bite - and Rowe got bit repeatedly, and couldn't handle more than one at a time. Finally he just says, "I don't want to do this anymore." He must have gotten bit twenty times (and they really latched on, too).

I think it was one of those episodes where the person he's working with got kind of tired of it, but I found it hilarious.

This one for sure. Also any episode where Mike clearly hates the job and you can tell the entire staff at that job is starting to hate him. (his recent rum-making episode for example)

Yeh, early on it was rumored that he was in danger of losing all his discovery work because of it.

I'm not 100% sure of the veracity of it, but it sounded fairly legit to me.
