The Glade 4.0

For those of you who clicked on this thread wondering what the hell Foamy is talking about...

Chickenfoot is the "supergroup" consisting of Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani, and Chad Smith.

Picked up their debut album just the other day, and I must say it is quite enjoyable. Brings me back to the good ol' hard rock type of music that I have missed for so long.

Sammy and Michael come across as they always have in Van Halen, and Joe Satriani is awesome as usual without being too over the top.

Good solid rocking group, and I highly recommend it to fans of the genre.

I think I posted about this on the last Glade. I love 'em. I always wonder how Joe would sound playing in a band where he had to be a bit subdued (I WANTED to hear that). And he doesn't disappoint. I was worried he would be a little too over the top like he (and all the other guitarists) was when they play/sing together at G3.
