Fairly certain they all relinquished their geek cred and nerdishness in the first episode when they proved to so abysmal at Chess. |

I used to be passable at Go, though. Or, for a more contemporary analogy: **** chess. Can Kasparov survive Space Alert with no damage? |

Nerds are generally defined as being intellectual. There are few games they should excel at, but chess is certainly one of them. |

I'm not terribly offended that they are bad at chess as much I'm baffled that so many of them didn't even know how to play. |
