Odd. I'm still in the early access grace period so I didn't have a problem. Good to know about the issue though.

This is fairly standard among MMOs (these days, at least?). The idea is, they want to make cancelling an active choice, rather than a passive one where you go "Oh, I'll just let the free month run out."
