The Glade 4.0

So the last new computer I purchased (and am using) was bought after I stopped playing WOW and thus isn't the beefiest machine in the graphics department or any other really. I restarted EQ on Project 1999 but the system demands for it as you know don't exactly push today's machines. I can play Fallout and stuff with no issue but I get graphical lag on that zombie island game (to give you an idea of perfmorance).

So I know I am going to need a better rig for this game but I haven't had nearly the time while I'm still pounding out certs to look at current gaming options or the likely requirements for SC.

If anyone would provide a breif overview of available decent options that would be in or over-spec for the game including joysticks (never owned one) and audio systems. I'd really like my foray into the world of SC to be new in all respects and as immersive as possible.

It's been 2 years since I bought this machine so I'm not up on what the latest and greatest these days is. However, I do recommend cyberpower. I bought my machine and my daughter's laptop for college there, and was pleased with the price and service in both cases.
