I read an article the other day (unfortunately can't link it right now) about Robert's company changing the regulations for ship purchases to prevent fraud. Any word or discussion on that?

Starting Thursday May 1st, ships and packages can only be gifted once. Any giftings before then won't have used up the one gift limit.

In addition, stuff bought with store credit (so if you melt and purchase) can't be gifted.

Finally, any new accounts created after the 1st will have a 30-day gift lock, where they can't gift away items.

Essentially, the grey market was generating an increase of customer service tickets related to scams and broken deals on off-site sales, so they're cracking down on it a bit.
