Post subject:  Newflash: Dogfighting Module unveiling planned for...
WMH today announced they are planning on unveiling the Dogfighting Module at PAX East this year (That's the weekend of April 12th), with release to the public "following shortly." (I think that was how they phrased it)

In related news, this week they're firing up the backend server infrastructure that will power the dogfighting module (and eventually the persistent universe!) and bringing that online to start testing and working with it internally.

That's pretty exciting and big news. Also, it's good to have a date, even if it's still a little fuzzy.

Things slip in the video game industry. The leeway to slip instead of being forced to market to fit publicity and marketing promises and target dates is one of the reasons we like getting away from publishers, right?

But having a target date to slip from is still much more informative than not.
