Post subject:  Don't miss this week's Around the Verse

Or, more specifically, the last five minutes of it or so. Lots of brief reveals of previously unhighlighted ship work that Foundry 42's been up to, including the Reclaimer, Razor, Hull C, and the Javelin.

I figured I'd make the thread generic so we can call out particularly interesting bits in the future, since I know I'm not nearly as devout about catching every week's content.

The first ten or fifteen minutes were also pretty good. The middle bit about modular level design, not nearly as riveting. (And, frankly, a bit disappointing -- my soul died a bit when they started talking about how they can algorithmicly generate modular layouts to fit given specs. Not exactly the party line four years ago about hand-crafting each location.)

I played a bit more, I finally got more kills than deatsh in FPS, flying around blowing up stuff with space ships as well.

We should organize a org day where people try to get on to increase the chance we can play together. even if its just arena commander or something

I think this is a good idea, but my weekends are mostly booked up through June. I'm good for some weeknights, though, if time zones don't **** that up too badly.

This year my weeknights are pretty clear (no more political stuff, or at least a lot less). You're PST?


Also, I can't seem to get people into the same instance or swarm things even if they are on friends list and ive invited them....for arena commander we are both online but we dont see the other as online....???

EST here as well, just played a bit. Fun times. Two pirates with a Freelancer was pretty good, those PU pirates are tough.
