http://www.rpgamer.com/news/Q1-2012/011012c.htmlSo, after that legal battle in which Interplay had to get 30 million before April of 2009(which they didn't, if I recall correctly, but started making the game anyway), Bethesda came out on top and now control the Fallout franchise 100%. Which is a good thing because Fallout Online was looking absolutely terrible. No plans on Bethesda's end to make a Fallout MMO, but they aren't done with the franchise, obviously. I just hope they work with Obsidian from now on when making their Fallout games because of how much better New Vegas was than Fallout 3.
