Disclaimer: The last time I played was about a month after the first expansion came out(Factions, I think it was called).
I found the game to be fun...until you hit 20. After you max your character, there is absolutely nothing fun left to do. The PvP in this game is incredibly boring and it takes forever to kill anyone. Even with focus fire, everyone heals that character making them basically invulnerable, then they switch to someone else, but the pattern keeps repeating because no one takes a class combination that doesn't include good healing. And if you aren't into the insanely boring PvP the game has to offer, you have nothing to do at 20 unless you like running the instances over and over again because nothing new ever comes out.
Leveling to 20: Fun. Everything after? Not worth my time. Then again, you can't exactly expect much from a subscriptionless MMO.
