But epic win for Valve coming to the PS3 side :), the return of Twisted Metal and GT 5 / KZ3 awesomeness.

Will watch the conferences when they are downloadable. General consensus from what I have read is that Nintendo had the best conference, with Sony in second and MS a distant third.

Guess it boils down to what games you are interested in = the best conference.

Looks like SW:TOR has taken the show this year(majorly). It has been a very lackluster E3.

You know I never got into the original Portal, but after seeing P2 footage and now that it is coming to the PS3, I may pick P2 up.

You should play through the original portal first. The hype has been kind of nuts, but still a great game. In fact, they'll probably include it with P2, since most PS3 gamers have never seen it (or release it for a nominal fee.....)

If I can find Portal stand-alone (cheap), I may pick it up. Last I heard it was part of the Orange Box, and I don't want all the other stuff in it.

You're joking, right? You think an MMO is "majorly" better than the rest of the stuff at E3? Mario Kart, Metal Gear, Ridge Racer, OCARINA OF TIME all in 3D on a new system. Then you have GT5, Killzone 3, Gears of War 3, a new Legend of Zelda, Metroid: Other M, Little Big Planet 2, Valkyria Chronicles 2, etc. etc. all of which look amazing.

I can't believe that you think another MMO is going to be greater than them all. It'll end up just like SWG, Aion, Conan, LoRT, etc.

I hope you can customize your Army and such, within Canon Choices for each race. That said, those look like the Black Templars.

Space Marines: Black Templars; 3 Classes: Tactical Marine, Assault Marine, Librarian

Chaos: Word Bearers; 3 Classes: Tactical Marine, Assault Marine, Sorceror ...

I also see Tech Priests and Ministers as playable classes ...

Orks are Goffs by the way, which Thraka is about ...

That Warhammer game definitely looks good. But I'm skeptical after being a bit let down with the other Warhammer MMO.

THQ owns the licensing rights to Warhammer 40K and has setup a house specifically devoted to developing this title.
