As one of the legitimate customers, I can tell you this type of thing is why Sony stopped receiving any of my cash after their CD DRM crap they pulled a few years ago. Vote with your dollars and all that.
Yeah, I wish companies would get it already, no DRM is going to stop piracy, all it does is turn off potential legitimate customers, like Spore, I was so looking forward to that game but never bought it because of the horrible DRM on it.
