Short version: Darkest Dungeon is Early Access on Steam, it's fun, turn-based exploration rpg. Have a trailer.
Long version:
I've been following this for a while, and now that it's available, I regret nothing. In this, you're the heir to an estate that the previous owner insisted on poking around beneath, uncovering ancient evils and unpleasantness. Your job - restore the hamlet nearby, explore the depths, and reclaim them, restoring the good name of your family. You reclaim these depths by sending teams of explorers down into the dungeon to push back the horrors, reclaim your heirlooms, and open the roads to the hamlet.
The problem? Your explorers are not hardened, skilled adventurers - they know battle, but not the darkness and fear that waits within the dungeon. These explorations are stressful - and some will break under the strain - cowardice, abusiveness, and despair consuming them. Some will die, despite their stubborn tenacity, their need to stay on their feet despite horrific blows.
Some, however, will become heroes, supporting their team against the darkness, fearlessly leading their companions into certain death and bringing them home alive.
Even if they get home alive, many of them will succumb to disease, madness, and manias that can help or hinder them, and all of them will need something to take their minds off the suffering they've endured - but you need them to go down there, for that is the only way for you to fund your expeditions, and for you to ensure the hamlet recovers from your ancestor's failures.
Sometimes the healer needs to buy enough whores to make her own seraglio to forget some of the terrible things she has seen - and sometimes her insatiable appetites make that the only way she can find relief. Sometimes the god-cursing Hellion needs to sit down and meditate to catch her breath between forays into the catacombs. And sometimes, someone becomes so maddened and diseased that the only kind thing to do is put them on the next stagecoach out of town, lest they be a danger to their comrades on the next expedition.
Packs laden with loot are often low on supplies, however - and darkness hides both great danger and fabulous treasure.

Ah. The Windows App store has someone sitting on the title that is not the actual developers, upon further reading - they are being scammed, and the actual dev is trying to get it pulled.
