For anyone that owns a PS3 and/or PSP -- log on to their PSN store and check out the "PSP Minis" selection.
They are basically little game that take up only a handful of MBs each and cost anywhere from $3-10, depending (most are ~$5). The ones that have endings, are completable in just a few hours. And the real beauty of Minis . . . you can play them on the PS3 with the controller if you don't have access to/don't want to play your PSP.
The one that I have so far is called Hero of Sparta, an obvious God of War . . . "homage." Despite some lack of polish and a bug or two, it's pretty decent. And what's kind of scary is that with an actual budget and Sony backing, it could be a good console game.

Just throwing it out there for anyone looking for a cheap but fun way to spend an afternoon/evening.
