I've had mixed feelings on this. On the one hand, Fallout is perfect making an MMO, especially after Fallout 3. And since this is a completely different company that will be making it, it leaves Bethesda to make more single player installments. But the fact that it is a different company handling the game means they can **** things up pretty bad and it can end up sucking big dick. Or it goes WoW and they give up on the single player all together. I'm still looking forward to it, but I'm worried at the same time. Another problem is that I'm fairly certain Interplay and Bethesda are still in a legal battle for this very game. The fact that Interplay has made this website has me curious as to how the battle is going. After signing up for the newsletter, I got sent to a message board and I read a recent FAQ and the Interplay guys aren't allowed to say anything about the court case. I kinda hope Bethesda wins, but at the same time, I'd like to see another studio handling the MMO while Bethesday(or Obsidian) handles the single player installments. |

I haven't gotten to play any of these, but after seeing the miniature game "Assault on the Vault" at Advance the Colors last year Ive taken an intrest in the setting. It certainly has MMO potential. |
