Okay, Midgen's Zork thread got me thinking about something that's driven me crazy for the past decade. When I was a kid, one of the games we had on the family PC was a text adventure, and I can't remember the name of it. My Google-fu hasn't helped. My memory hasn't jogged randomly when I wasn't thinking of it. Nobody I've ever asked has been able to help me out. The main thrust of the adventure involved travelling in a hot-air balloon to different islands, and meeting tribes of indigenous people there to trade with. Any ideas? |

Hmm, that doesn't ring a bell with me, and i didn't find anything via a search either. I did run across some forum/message board sites that are text adventure centric. You might try posting on one of those. |
