Anyone have or play these? They've been a great addition to my game arsenal to play with my roommates when we're bored.

Monopoly Deal is our favorite. Rush to be the first to finish three complete property sets. Game takes ~15 min

Other fun notables would be:

Sorry! Revenge - A kind of community Blackjack, ~15 min
Scrabble Slam! - Imagine playing community Speed with 4 base cards, but instead of counting up, you're spelling new words, ~5 min
Quelf - Weird combination of cards, dares and charades, ~20 min

A quasi-card game: The Order of the Stick!

It's a munchkin-esque board game by Rich Burlew based off of the webcomic of the same name.

Additionally, SPANC (Space Pirate Amazon Ninja Catgirls) and Munchkins are both quite fun.

Add my vote for Apples to Apples and as a crossover comment, agree with Numbuk on Betrayal at House on the Hill. Great haunted house scary fun.

Dominion is a good one. Card based game that comes in a boardgame-ish box. Basically it's a deck building game that is fairly simple to learn.
