Just wondering as I'll likely be making a character there. Wood Elf Ranger. |

Use your PC to connect to EQMac instead. P99 is a **** hole infested with griefers and cheaters. |

Shards of Dalaya is fun, if you're just looking for the feeling of newness again. It's different enough to keep you on your toes, has a fairly good, if small, community. I played there for a while, but then went back to EQ for F2P, and have now gotten back on the wagon. Simply don't have the time. |

Aethien I was thinking of firing up on F2P but no idea where to go. It originally was funded on my mom's long since cancelled credit card and I don't think I know the password (think I know my station ID). Are WE rangers playable there? Oh and a coworker is going to play with me since he already had a necro and a druid on 99. |

Me and my partner is on the p99 thingy. Look for Lydiaa and Krawm if you get the chance... of course we're on Aussie time so you'll have to be up early |

I used to play on P99 a year or two ago, before RoK was added. It was fun for a while. |

Emarr is where the magic happened for me and place that looks like Emarr did back in the day (I didn't start until 2001 mind you) wouldn't cut it for me. You can't get that wonder back cause you're not the pair of clueless noobs going "look at the size of that giant spider. We'd better run. Maybe those nice people standing on the road will save us.". Sure you could have corpse runs in LOIO again, but they were only fun because you got passed it. I still go to Emarr sometimes, to run across the Karanas in wolf form (stopping to kill those not friendly after all bandits) or to see dear Seny who is still soldiering on after a decade. She was our EQ mom and there is still something special about giving her a /hug. She has the good sence not to ask me how Unala's doing, not that I could tell her. You can only scribe SoW for the first time once. To wait 30 levels to do it again just seems tiring. |

I was able to get my password from them, had some trouble with that, too. (Actually, both from SoD and EQ, come to think of it. SoD has a few dedicated GMs and Devs, etc.) |
